Why did you choose the Programme?
I was keen on equipping myself with a strong foundation in finance before beginning my career with a major investment bank in the City. The course content of MSc Finance and Economics at LSE appeared to be tailor-made to my academic pursuits and career aspirations.
I expected the course to be a great platform providing me with the opportunity to meet visiting leading financial wizards and economists, and to interact with celebrated people in the field and learn directly from their experiences.
What aspect did you gain from / enjoy most?
Studying with distinguished students from all over the world was very exciting and motivating. It was impressive to see that the course was challenging for evryone despite their exceptional academic credentials.
Yajur joined the Royal Bank of Scotland in London as a Trader in equity derivatives after completing the Programme.
