Previous Degree
BSc Economics, Warwick
Why did you choose the Programme?
I was keen to obtain a theoretical Grounding in Finance before moving into job in the city. Also the LSE's Institutional and the MSc F&E Programme's highly regarded reputations within the City were also strong factors.
What did you enjoy the most?
The Fixed Income Markets course (FM413), was probably for me the most 'worthwhile' course in terms of potential use and concepts. Also the challenge of the core course's second term material was enjoyable.
LSE was an enjoyable year, and was very different to Warwick. Its connections with large professional firms are fantastic, and generally I found it to be a great year to study within the department.
Sachin joined Merrill Lynch as a Commodities Analyst in Sales/Trading after graduating from the Programme.
