The Eleftherios Venizelos Chair and the Hellenic Observatory at the London School of Economics are organising a conference on 28th - 29th March in Athens on Globalisation and Regionalism: A Double Challenge for Greece.
The speakers will include prominent academics from LSE as well as personalities from the world of academia and policy making in Greece. The conference is meant to contribute to the debate on some crucial subjects facing Greece in the beginning of the new century.
More specifically, the conference sessions will cover the following four areas:

The European Union: Superpower or Superstate in the Making?
The conference is being organised in collaboration with the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) and will take place at Zappeio Megaron.
