The Hellenic Observatory was pleased to join the Hellenic Entrepreneurs’ Association (Η Ελληνική Ένωση Επιχειρηματιών (ΕΕΝΕ)) for its annual economic forum. This was held at the Hotel Grande Bretagne, Athens, on 18th April 2013 and was introduced by LSE Alumnus, Dr. Vassilis Apostolopoulos, of the Athens Medical Centre. Professor Kevin Featherstone participated in a panel entitled, ‘THE REFORMS IN THE SOUTH: THE NEED FOR STRENGTHENING THE ROLE OF SOUTHERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES’. Across the conference, a number of senior Greek figures from business, politics, and the media joined in the highly topical discussions.
