Dr Cvete Koneska is a former Weidenfeld Scholar at Oxford University, where she examined ethnic power-sharing in post-conflict stated in the Balkans. She currently works as a Central and Southeast Europe analyst for Control Risks Group in London, advising companies and governments on political and security risks in the region. Her book After Ethnic Conflict: Policy Making in Bosnia and Macedonia will be published by Ashgate in 2014.
