Dr Will Bartlett is Visiting Senior Fellow at LSEE Research on South Eastern Europe, European Institute, LSE. He has been LSEE’s Senior Research Fellow in the Political Economy of South East Europe from 2009-2015. Dr Bartlett is the author of a number of articles and books on South East Europe, including 'Europe's Troubled Region: Economic Development, Institutional Reform and Social Welfare in the Western Balkans', published by Routledge. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a MA in Development Economics from the School for Oriental and African Studies, and a PhD from the University of Liverpool. He was President of the European Association for Comparative Economics from 2006-08.
