Stephanie is Deputy Manager of the European Institute. She acts as Team Leader to the EI Professional Services team, providing supervision and guidance and deputising for the Institute Manager in his absence. She is responsible for quality control and service delivery in the European Institute’s MSc programmes and works closely with the Institute Manager on the department’s strategies for admissions, student recruitment, student engagement, and alumni outreach. She also exercises oversight of the EI’s examination and assessment processes to ensure robust and effective practices and acts as the main liaison between the Institute and central administration for both the timetabling of courses and graduate course choice processes. She also acts as Secretary to the European Institute’s Departmental Staff Meeting.
Stephanie has held roles in higher education since 2001 and has a strong background in student engagement, leadership and project management within the higher education environment. She received her Master’s in Higher and Professional Education from the Institute of Education in 2009.
