The MRes/PhD in Economics offers structured research training and supervision by faculty prominent in their fields. Specifically, it is grounded in a rigorous 2-year coursework component and strong research element. The coursework requirement involves three PhD-level core courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics, three field courses and a supervised research paper.
