The four elements of the programme are:

• Compulsory Course (LL440)

• Accounting Courses

Students on the Masters in Law and Accounting are required to take (i) the Core Course in Corporate Accountability, (ii) one full unit Accounting Course, (iii) two half units from the Law Department, and (iv) one further full unit or two half unit modules from Accounting or from Law.
