Endnote libraries for ECIS conferences: 1993-2000
'For this reason we would predict that referencing conventions will converge and that eventually referencing that is not aided by machine will become rare. We predict that references will come to be stored in standard databases, that there will be programs that format them for different house styles, that the number of house styles will rapidly diminish, and that all these changes will be welcomed by almost everyone, and will not be seen as an example of the growing tyranny of machines, even by "neo-Luddites"
