Collaboration is shaping the future. Web 2.0 enables Enterprise 2.0. Leadership for strategic innovation requires an understanding of the new challenges of collaborative business webs. As business models will continually evolve, how can we anticipate and lead innovation in business models?

Dr Linda Hickman is an expert in strategic development. She is entrepreneurial with pioneering experience in opening markets in Europe, Eastern and Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. Growth oriented, she held regional and global business development positions in Europe with Oracle Corporation and Royal Dutch/Shell. Dr. Hickman held faculty positions at American schools of business prior to joining Oracle.

Linda is an author and presenter at international conferences on leading-edge information technology, strategy and innovation. She is the founder and owner of Hickman & Associates, a consulting firm specialising in taking high-tech entrepreneurs and mature organisations into new geographic and product markets. Currently, she holds the position of Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics in the Department of Management and teaches Enterprise Development.
