The second of three workshops intended to provide a forum for ITD researchers in UK research institutions.  The first workshop was an informal bringing together and exchange of faculty and students from three institutions which have a tradition of ITD research – Manchester, Cambridge and the LSE.  This workshop explored changes in the discourse of development drawing on ideas currently understood to be relevant by the development studies community.
