Organizational routines are basic components of organizing. Our understanding of them, however, has been limited by conceptualizing them as entities. By contrast, conceptualizing organizational routines as generative systems with interacting parts enables us to see more of their potential for stability and change and more fully to understand their role in organizing.
This is the first in the series of seminars to be hosted by the Department of Management.
All welcome! PhD and MPhil students are particularly encouraged to attend.
