We do not accept faxed applications.

Please note that it is cheaper to apply on-line (£40) and we encourage applicants to use this facility (see Apply on-line). Last year 95% of all applications were submitted online.

The paper pplication fee of £75.00 sterling must be sent with your application. Please see How can I pay the application fee?
