Estates Division

The Estates Division is responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance, implementation of major and minor capital development s together with acquisition and disposal of the School's land and buildings. It also provides security, portering, reprographics and postal services at the main Houghton Street campus.

The Division employs over 100 staff to support these services, the majority of whom are located on the Houghton Street teaching campus.
