Publications

PSSRU’s mission is to conduct high quality research on social and health care to inform and influence policy, practice and theory.

Part of this mission includes the following aim:

“To disseminate research findings to a variety of audiences through a variety of media”

With this aim in mind staff within PSSRU have produced, and continue to produce, many publications from books (both authored and edited), chapters in edited books to journal articles, discussion papers, reports and press releases.

The PSSRU further produces an annual Bulletin (across the three branches), an occasional Mental Health Research Review and various other research summaries. We have also recently launched a new quarterly newsletter summarizing research findings across our research programmes.
