MSc Non-Governmental Organisations and Development

The NGO students 2001/02 established an NGO management newsletter. The aim is to provide reviews on current debates about NGO management, as well as links to useful web resources. MSc in Voluntary Sector Organisation

The VSO MSc has been withdrawn as from 2006/7. An Alumni Reunion event was organised by members of the VSO Alumni Association, with administrative support provided by the LSE Alumni Relations team, to celebrate the degree. Zahid Hussain from Bangladesh, former NGO student (1997-8), has been working with Save the Children for over 30 years, in many different roles and in most challenging situations. On the 13th October 2004 he received a prestigious award from Save the Children for Distinguished and Meritorious Service, presented by Princess Anne.
