A new banking standards body has been established in Britain to set voluntary standards, promote professional education and improve banking culture and competence. With all banks operating in Britain expected to comply with these standards, could this lead to the development of global reform?
LSE and the Retail Banking Academy are hosting a forum to debate the future of banking as a profession, exploring how banks can better serve the public interest.
