Presentations allow you to go into more detail about your opportunities and organisation culture. They are a great way of increasing brand awareness at LSE.
A presentation encompasses more than just talking about available positions and organisation profiles via PowerPoint. A presentation could mean a networking event, a drop in session, a series of slides about opportunities in your organisation, or anything with a promotional aspect to encourage students and graduates to apply to your organisation.
Presentations work best for organisations that already have brand recognition among our students and graduates, and are looking to convert this awareness into better applications for roles well matched to their skills and experience.
Presentations on campus
We offer employers the opportunity to host presentations on campus for up to 120 attendees during our Michaelmas (autumn) and Lent (spring) Terms and can advise on the best scheduling and how to promote your event to reach the widest audience. Our staff will also be there to assist you in set-up and delivering a successful event.
Booking an on campus presentation with LSE Careers includes:
Room hire (up to 120 attendees)
Use of AV equipment including a computer, projector, and audio (please bring any electronic material on a memory stick as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to connect a laptop)
A targeted email to a select group of students and/or recent alumni
A listing in our online events calendar
Event registration management
Event attendance recording on the day
Student feedback collection
If you are interested in booking a presentation, please see the on campus presentation information on CareerHub.
Off campus presentations or events
We understand many organisations also hold events off campus, perhaps at your offices or in other locations in London, around the UK or overseas.
LSE Careers can advertise these events to our students and graduates for free on our online events calendar, providing they are suitable for our audience and you do not charge for attendance.
When filling out an off campus event form you must agree to our off campus event terms and conditions.
Additionally, we strongly recommend that you use our targeted email service to ensure that the audience you wish to target are aware of the event.
