Sophie works as a Project Officer and Researcher at LSE Consulting. She is responsible for writing and coordinating project proposals for a variety of European and UK clients, and manages relationships with academics, experts and partner organisations. Her primary focus area is in International Development, particularly gender, education and social inclusion.
Having previously worked in International Development Consultancies and a Children’s Rights INGO, Sophie utilises her networks to form innovative partnerships with organisations that enable LSE’s research to create real world impacts.
Sophie holds an MA in Globalisation and Development Studies from Maastricht University (Netherlands) in which she focused on Gender and Development in South Asia, and a BA Hons in History from the University of York (UK).
