Dr Huiming Zong was a Visiting Fellow at the LSE Asia Research Centre.
He is an Associate Professor at the School of Geographical Science, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. Dr Zong received his PhD and MA from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China. His research previously focussed on the logistics industry’s spatial organisation and its impact on urban structure. Dr Zong's research is now focussed on social housing and urbanisation in Chongqing City, which is experiencing rapid urbanisation and transformation.
