Mr Fengyuan Chen| is a visiting PhD student at the Asia Research Centre from Renmin University. The title of Fengyuan's presentation is China’s Rural Pension: Policy Review and Analysis.

Dr Marina Martin| is a Visiting Fellow at the Asia Research Centre. Marina's paper is titled Why is the South Asian credit institution ‘hundi’ important?

Dr Satyapriya Rout| is the Sir Ratan Tata Fellow 2012-13 at the Asia Research Centre. At this seminar, Dr Rout will be presenting his paper on Demand Responsive Approach, Social Inequality and Access to Water: Institutional Differences in Rural Water Supply in India.

Mr Rajneesh Verma is a Bagri Fellow 2012-13 at the Asia Research Centre. The title of Rajneesh's presentation is The Tiger and the Dragon: A Neoclassical realist analysis of India and China in the oil sector in West Africa.

Dr Ruth Kattumuri| is Co-Director of the Asia Research Centre and India Observatory.
