South Korea as an Emerging Donor: Challenges and Changes on its Entering OECD/DAC.

Speaker: Prof. Heejin Lee
Professor Lee will be discussing South Korea as an emerging donor. He has a multidisciplinary background in business administration, sociology and information systems. He studied at Seoul National University, Korea and received his doctorate from LSE in 1997. Before taking up his current position at Yonsei University, he was a faculty member of the University of Melbourne, Australia and of Brunel University, UK. Professor Lee has written extensively on the implications of broadband as well as time and IT. Currently, he is researching ICT for development (ICT4D) and China's ICT standards policy.
