Anthropology Orientation - Undergraduate

 Welcome Week 2015 promo

Congratulations on being offered a place on one of our undergraduate programmes at the London School of Economics. We look forward to welcoming you to the Department of Anthropology and very much hope that you’ll be joining us in London in September.

The next few months will bring a lot of change as you look forward to settling into work and life at university, but there will be support available to help you do this, so please don’t worry! One of LSE’s great strengths is that it is an international School and our student services have a wealth of experience and excellent facilities for students from all over the world.

The admissions office will send you out a pack with lots of information, so keep an eye out for it! In the meantime, here’s some preliminary information that might be of interest to you.

Registration

You’ll need to register as a student before you can attend any teaching. Details of the registration date and venue for undergraduate students is listed in the welcome week schedule below.

Information about what happens at registration, and the documents you’ll need to bring can be found here.

Welcome Week

Welcome Week (Monday 19 September to Friday 23 September) is designed to help you to get settled in and find out the basics about your programme, the department and LSE life in general. Below are some key dates of the events you’ll need to attend during Welcome Week.
