About me

Siri currently teaches: MA100

Siri has been working as a Guest Teacher in Mathematics at LSE since 2016. She studied mathematics at Birkbeck College where she was awarded the Undergraduate Mehdi Prize in Mathematics and a Winton Capital scholarship for a 4-year funded PhD in abstract algebra. Her research interests lie in the symmetric group and the geometric foundations of group theory. Originally, Siri started as a dancer, having trained at the Norwegian National Ballet School. She has worked in management across different countries and cultures and speaks several languages fluently. She is also a former athlete having been a member of the Norwegian junior national teams in rowing and rhythmic gymnastics.
