Anna Maresso

Anna Maresso is a Research Officer at the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies. She is co-editor of the quarterly health policy periodical, Eurohealth, an author and editor of Health Systems in Transition (HiT) country reports and also works on analytical studies and other research and publications. She was the Managing Editor of the journal Health Economics, Policy and Law (2004 - 2008) and one of the Editors of the LSE Health Working Paper Series in Health Policy and Economics (2006 – 2010). She has a BA (Hons) degree in political science from the University of Sydney and an MSc (Econ) in European Studies from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). Prior to joining the Observatory in 1998 she was a researcher in the European Institute at LSE and a policy analyst in the Cabinet Office of the New South Wales State Government in Australia.
