Paul Sullivan is the Manager of the Institute of Public Affairs. He works closely with the Director and others to develop the institute’s activities. Paul co-ordinates the institute’s financial and human resources to achieve the institute’s objectives, and ensures that effective processes are in place to support the institute’s scholarship. Paul’s professional background is in higher education management, having worked in a range of permanent and secondment roles at the University of London. He holds a BA in Politics with French (First Class) from the University of Leicester, and a MSc in American Politics (Distinction) from Birkbeck, University of London.
