Independent Researcher
Lorena has dedicated most of her professional life to public service in Mexico, her home. At the time she was studying to become a lawyer at one of Mexico's most prestigious law schools, ITAM, and working at a federal agency in charge of training, researching and developing special projects akin to the criminal justice system. She then spent a couple of years working at the transparency, access to public information and data protection agency. She aspires to contribute in the building of a more efficient justice system in Mexico.
