Scott is a New Zealander working in the UK for Morningstar, a leading provider of independent investment research. Increasingly Morningstar is working with asset managers to introduce leading ideas, provide innovative solutions and help manage regulatory changes. As a Data Relationship Manager at Morningstar, Scott’s role involves researching and analysing investment data, mining data, conducting trend analysis, managing data partnerships with asset managers, and to act as an investment data expert. While Scott has broad policy interests surrounding the intersection of financial markets, regulation and the externalities they create, he is particularly focused on pension and retail investment policy.
