Diana is Assistant Director of Housing at Radian, a social landlord with around 21,000 properties across the South East. She is responsible for Policy and Performance including leasehold and commercial, in house legal and business analysis teams. She is also a Director of Affinity (Reading) Ltd. a PFI joint venture company. She moved to the South East from Scotland in 2009. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, with an MSc in Housing, she has worked in housing for over fifteen years holding various senior posts within stock transfer and national housing associations in housing management, policy, performance and business strategy. She was also Strategic Housing lead for New Forest District Council before joining Radian in 2010. She has served on Government working groups in Scotland and has a particular interest in criminal justice.
