Darren is Deputy Chief Executive of the Electoral Reform Society, the United Kingdom's oldest democracy organisation. From 2002-2011 Darren was a New Zealand Member of Parliament, serving in ministerial and shadow cabinet roles in both government and opposition over that time. He relocated to London in 2012 and has worked for ERS since that time.
