Komlan is a Senior Risk Manager at the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development, ECOWAS being the Economic Community of West African States. He oversees the Risk Analysis Department of the Institution. Prior to this role, he had worked as a Senior Manager with PwC France specialising in risk management and regulatory issues. He has also worked for BNPParibas Assurance as Head of Asset and Liability Management for Europe and therefore has extensive experience in financial services gained both in insurance, banking and consulting spanning two continents, Europe and Africa. He is particularly interested in Political Science and Public Policy in developing countries and is willing to strengthen his knowledge in public project assessment and review.
