Tara is a Senior Consultant for the Health Industries Strategy and Operations team in the PwC office in Qatar. Working in this role over the past 3 years, Tara was involved in numerous projects, ranging from large national strategy, planning and policy projects with governmental and public clients to smaller feasibility studies with private investor clients. Tara is currently running a policy project to establish a National Configuration of Hospital Services for Qatar by developing a policy framework and tool for hospital service planning. Prior to this Configuration project, Tara was part of the project team that developed Qatar’s National Facilities Master Plan, which included a strategy and action plan for projecting demand and capacity, building and funding all healthcare facilities in Qatar for the next 20 years. Through her work on national projects, Tara has a lot of exposure to the entire spectrum of healthcare providers and stakeholders.
