Elżbieta is working for the Ministry of Justice, European
Affairs and Consumer Protection of Land Brandenburg, Germany, as the Head of Joint Secretariat in the Cooperation Programme INTERREG VA Brandenburg – Poland. Prior to this she worked in the Development Bank of Saxony in Dresden, Germany, in the Joint Technical Sekretariat of the EU - Programme for Cross-border Cooperation between Poland and Saxony and also for several years for the local and regional communities in Lower Silesia, Poland, in the fields of international cooperation and projects. Elzbieta holds an MA in German Philology from University of Wroclaw and an MBA from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt. She also graduated from the Polish Institute of International Affairs. She is interested in international cooperation, development and affairs (in particular in political and economic relations in Central and Eastern Europe).
