Emma has more than eight years of strategy experience working for top tier management consulting firms Booz & Company and Accenture, as well as in industry as a Commercial Strategy Manager for FirstGroup. Emma has advised on a variety of transport, mining, FMCC projects and public sector projects, across Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. Emma specialises in strategic advisory, economic and financial modelling, forecasting, market analysis and growth strategy. Emma’s recent role as Commercial Strategy Manager at FirstGroup involved Emma providing strategic and commercial advisory to FirstGroup’s UK rail and international transport bids. This included the Commercial Lead on FirstGroup’s Intercity East Coast bid and FirstGroup’s Great Western Franchise extension, leading on revenue modelling, pricing/ distribution/ product/ brand/ marketing strategy and market entry strategy.
