Aniko has more than 15 years of experience in public administration and diplomacy. She is specialised in developing innovative finance policies to support energy efficient, renewable energy and innovative technology investments. Prior to the Science and Technology attaché job she held a position of consultant for innovative finance mechanisms in the United Kingdom, working with municipalities on implementation of residential energy efficiency programmes. Since 2008 she has been working with Hungarian and British companies and organisations on European projects, financed from the Regional Development Fund. She holds a master’s degree in economics, a postgraduate degree in law and currently she is a PhD student at the Central European University’s Environmental and Science Policy Department.
