Sir David Manning

DavidManningSir David Manning  was educated at Oriel College, Oxford and the School for Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University before joining the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1972. He has served in numerous locations such as India, the United States, France, Poland, Russia, Israel and at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. Most notably he served as British Ambassador to Israel from 1995-98 and to the United States from 2003-07. He also served as foreign policy advisor to Prime Minister Tony Blair and brings a wealth of foreign policy experience to the Board.
