EU and the “Western Balkans”: A Chinese Perspective

Mrs Feng Yin will offer views on how China sees the EU strategy and policy in the “Western Balkans”: How does Beijing evaluate the current situation and prospect of region’s integration into EU? In what way could this process be of interest to China? What is China’s policy towards the “Western Balkans”?

Changes in EU Economic Diplomacy  And China-EU Relations

Further to the Lisbon treaty provisions, policy-making process behind the EU economic diplomacy underwent changes. Mr Shen Jianping will discuss their impact on EU's overall external policy and, in particular on the Sino-EU relations. What can China and the EU do to deal with these changes in a better way?
