Fiona Hill opens the black-box of Russian foreign policy and reflects on its future direction.

Dr Fiona Hill is Director of the Center on the United States and Europe, and senior fellow in the Foreign Policy Studies Program at The Brookings Institution.
Professor Michael Cox is Founding Co-Director of LSE IDEAS. He is also Head of Programme for Transatlantic Relations, Executive Programme Director and an Academic Management Committee Member.
