Hans Blix achieved international prominence in his role as Head of the UN team which failed to discover WMD in Iraq - the official reason given by both the Blair and Bush governments for finally going to war in 2003.
At this event, Blix will explore lessons from the past and a way forward for the future of weapons control in a world that has become no safer.
