Konstantinos Dellis is a Post-Doc researcher at the Economics Department of the University of Piraeus, Greece under a grant from the Bank of Greece. His research interests lie on the areas of Innovation, Foreign Direct Investment and Knowledge Diffusion and his publication record includes The International Journal of Economics and Business and the Bank of Greece Economic Bulletin. Major part of Dr Dellis research has been funded by the Bank of Greece and the European Central Bank. He has taught Introductory Macroeconomics at the University of Piraeus (Department of Industrial Management and Technology) and Macroeconomics at the University of Patras (Department of Economics). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics (‘Technological Change and Economic Growth: The role of Entrepreneurship, Trade and FDI for the Diffusion of Knowledge’, 2017) from the University of Piraeus, a M.Sc. in Econometrics (2010) from the University of Manchester, a M.Sc. in Development Economics (2007) from the University of Manchester and a B.A. in Economics (2006) from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Dr Dellis' postgraduate studies have been financed, via scholarships, by the Academy of Athens and the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.).
