About me

Myrsini Fotopoulou is a PhD student at the University of Thessaly, holding a BA in Planning and Regional Development and a Masters degree in European Studies in Regional Development, both from the Department of Planning and Regional Development of the University of Thessaly. Her academic supervisor is Professor Marie-Noelle Duquenne and her thesis title is “Crisis in the European South: causes, manifestations and implications of socio-spatial inequalities, through the prism of Uneven Geographical Development”. Her academic and research interests lie in the fields of political economy, social and economic geography and socio-spatial relations.
