Pressures on the natural resource base are growing.
Population growth, economic development, changing consumption patterns, urbanisation and climate change add pressure on the natural environment.
This programme explores resource management strategies for water, energy and land; effective institutional arrangements and regulatory designs; and how the economic value of ecosystem services can be measured and accounted for.
