Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 183 validating the Regulation on the State Hydrometeorological Service
This Resolution designates the State Hydrometeorological Service (Uzhydromet) as the state institution responsible for hydrometeorology, charging it with developing and improving the state hydrometeorological observation system, providing information on hydrometeorological conditions and climate change, environmental pollution, natural phenomena and disasters, registration of surface water, collecting, analysing and processing hydrometeorological data; monitoring pollution of atmospheric air, surface water and soil and forecasting atmospheric pollution level.
