Regulation 46/2008 National Council on Climate Change
The Regulation established the National Council on Climate Change to co-ordinate management of climate change and develops Indonesia’s negotiating position in international climate change forums.
The Council focuses on:
• Formulating climate change strategies
• Developing a carbon trading mechanism.
• Implementing climate change strategies
• Co-ordinating adaptation, mitigation, technology and funding
