Ministerial Order No. 003/16.01 of 15 July 2010 Preventing Activities that Pollute the Atmosphere
This Ministerial Order regulates activities that give rise to chemical pollutants. Annex A specifies emission standards for CO2, along with other pollutants (such as NOx, SOx, PM10, Lead and Ozone).
It prohibits open burning of any substance, except for fires used for recreational purposes and ceremonial; fires purposely set for agricultural control of disease and pests; and open air, kitchen fires for cooking meals.
