Integrated Energy Supply Act
The Act’s purpose is to promote energy conservation in line with the UNFCCC principles. It calls for the development of a master plan for integrated energy (heat or heat and electricity) supply, and prescribes the matters concerning the construction, operation and safety of integrated energy facilities.
