Energy Security Plan
The 2008 Energy Security Plan aims to reduce the country?s dependence on foreign energy sources by increasing efficiency in general and using RES. The 2008 Mitigation Strategy sets an ambitious target of producing 12 % of primary energy and 42 % of electricity from RES by 2020.
