Directive on the Commercialization of Fees Generated by Ecosystem Conservation Projects in Nationally Protected Areas, Executive Decree No 26-2014-SERNANP
This executive policy regulates private sector participation in conservation projects as well as commercialization of natural resources in nationally protected areas of conservation. It works within the REDD framework to promote carbon sequestration.
