Dr Lucia Garcia took 3 of our OSP students to the IndigoGold new research in workplace psychology awards. This is the second year she has been invited to attend as a judge and to submit 3 of our OSP research dissertations for the competition.
Sarah Latham (one of our OSP MSc students) dissertations came second in the final shortlist although the 3 of them did very well.
This is an event that brings together Organizational Psychology academics and MSc students -from UCL, Aston University, Nottingham, Birbeck, us from LSE and practitioners to judge MSc research projects this year.
It is a great opportunity to benchmark with similar UK OSP programs and to show case the type of teaching and research we do at LSE in OSP, not only to other academic units but also to the industry practitioners and to develop industry links.
